Delivery Areas We currently deliver within Kenya. Delivery is available to Nairobi and surrounding areas, as well as upcountry locations.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
- Nairobi: 1–2 business days
- Upcountry & other regions: 2–5 business days (varies by location)
Shipping Costs
- Free delivery on all orders of KES 5,000 and above within Nairobi
- For orders below KES 5,000, delivery charges are calculated based on your location and confirmed with you before dispatch. Our team will reach out after your order is placed to confirm the exact delivery fee.
